I worked for a company called laser alignment for twenty years. we made laser and sensors for straight lien construction. I stared off doing assembly work,as they grew I became the pcb tec. I spent a couple of years. I advanced to research and development for ten years. there was some down sizing and it was back to pcb tec. electronics has always been a hobby for me so I always enjoyed my job. I am retired now but like to keep my mind busy and try to keep up with technology. looking forward to playing with my 37 in 1 sensors kit.
